When I visited Donna, she was glowing with an energy that was indescribable. I could feel her joy and peace with her love of God. I wanted to stay in her presence and feel that joy. When I left I couldn't get her out of my mind and I knew I needed to paint her. I asked for a photo shoot and she agreed. Paint can't capture God's love, energy and peace that emanate from her while she waiting for God to scoop her up to be with Him.
